want to shop early?
We provide pre-sale passes to volunteers (called Team Members) that help run our sale. Anyone can sign up and be a Team Member. Log in to your seller's page and select a shift (or two!)

What do they do?

cashiering

work the floor - answering questions, helping customer, pick up items off floor

work the door checking claim tickets

How does it work and what do they do?
"Rockstars" are team members who work 3 shifts and shop FIRST!
Team members who work 1 or 2 shifts shop second!
Sellers shop next but still before the public.
Husbands/mothers/friends can sign up to work and count towards YOUR three shifts. However, each person must sign the digital Team Member Agreement. Many spouses work the set up shift or take down the event sales floor at the end. ​
New this sale!
Not available to work at the sale but still want to shop early?
We offer pre-sale passes to people that want to shop early but cannot make it for various reasons. They shop at noon with the Team Members on pre-sale day.
In return, they bring in gift cards, cases of bottled waters, drinks, or snacks for our Team Members. Some shifts listed are for a photographer or social media person for 4 hours. We try to accommodate everyone that wants to participate in our events. We utilize Sign-Up Genius for this service.
