PICK UP UNSOLD ITEMS

If all of your tags are marked for donation, you do not need to pick up your items. If you have changed your mind and do not want your items after all, just don't come, we will donate all items at the end.

Consignors collect their own unsold items off the sales floor, shoes bins and tables. They take them to a Check Out station and a team member will verify all the items are theirs. There is one entrance and one exit. Items cannot exit without going thru the Check Out stations.

Unsold Items Report – This online report shows what did not sell to help you pickup unsold items. It will not be updated for the last day.
Pick Up Items from the sales floor, shoe bins, reject racks, missing tag table and toy sections.
Check Out: once you are checked out and verified you are only taking YOUR items home, you may exit the building.

DONATE UNSOLD ITEMS

Consignors indicate on their price tags if their item is for donation with DONATE: YES. If you do not wish to donate, uncheck the box.

MISSING ITEMS?

MID-COAST KIDS CONSIGNMENT has safety measures in place with Consignors & Team Members that watch over your items to keep our missing items to a minimum. However, there can be a time where a small item may go missing.
First check to see if it was moved and put in another location.
Check our "Items with No Tags" table when you Pick Up to see if the tag went missing.
Check the Rejects racks and table; it could have been pulled earlier.
We do not take items home, so after you leave the building, anything left over will be placed in the donation bins or sold at the 75% off sale (per the Consignor Agreement).
